Nicole LeDrew, RDH Nicole joined our team in August 2019 as a Dental Hygienist. She has been practicing Dental Hygiene for the last 15 years. Nicole graduated with honors from the Dental Hygiene program at Cambrian College in 2004. Patients enjoy Nicole’s attention to detail and her gentle touch, help to make her patients feel at ease during treatment. She takes pride in continually learning to further increase her knowledge and practical skills for the benefit of her patients. She is in good standing with the College of Dental Hygienist of Ontario (CDHO) and a member of the Ontario Dental Hygienist Association (ODHA). While away from dental hygiene, Nicole enjoys spending time on Rice Lake with her family. Melissa Birley, Dental Assistant Melissa is an energetic and positive dental assistant here at Cedar Dental Centre with 14 yrs experience. Melissa graduated from Medix college in 2007 and spent the first part of her career specializing as an orthodontic assistant. She then moved on to discover her new found passion in general dentistry in 2016 and has assisted in a wide variety of procedures since then. While she takes great pride in helping all of our clients have a wonderful dental experience, her true skills are seen while working with our younger clients as well as clients with dental anxiety. Her compassion, understanding and patience make her an excellent part of the team. She has a passion for health and fitness and enjoys cooking in her spare time. Alana Ramdial, Dental Assistant Alana is a Certified Dental Assistant. She graduated from CDI college, with 14 years of experience. She has gained her knowledge from various roles such as receptionist, treatment coordinator and chair side assistant. She is happy to join Cedar Dental Centre Team where she can utilize her skills to provide patients with the best care and service. Alana continues to update her education by taking online courses. When she is not at work, Alana enjoys spending time with her husband and two kids. Kim Rader, Receptionist Kim joined our team as Dental Receptionist in June 2020. She takes pride in providing our patients with a positive and happy dental experience! Kim graduated from Georgian College’s Dental Assisting program in 2001 and is experienced in both clinical and administrative procedures. In her spare time she enjoys spending time with her husband and three children exploring the great outdoors!
